Walk or run 2k, 5k or the **NEW 10K distance that will take runners through the historic grounds of Kingston Penitentiary, creating a truly unique race experience while supporting Victim Services Kingston & Frontenac, a vital non-profit that stands beside our emergency services when it matters most. Every participant will earn a shiny finisher medal as they cross the finish line (while quantities last), and our event photographers will be there to snap your victorious moment.

Running with purpose

Funds raised will support Victim Services of Kingston and Frontenac, a 24/7 frontline agency providing urgent support to those affected by crime, violence, and sudden tragedies.

Working closely with police, fire, and EMS, their team offers crisis intervention, emotional care, and practical help when it’s needed most — making a real difference for survivors and the safety of our community.

Go Green for a Great Cause!

When you register, you’ll have the option to choose a Green Bib. The Green Bib DOES NOT include a medal or a race t-shirt (unless purchased). Instead, $5 of your registration fee goes directly to Victim Services of Kingston and Frontenac.

It’s a simple way to show your support and make an even bigger impact. Wear your green bib with pride!

Registration & Transfers

Q: How can I check if I’m registered?

Q: I want to transfer my registration— what should I do?
No problem:

Head to the event page and log in to your RaceRoster account.
Click the Transfer button.
Click Start Transfer and complete the form.
Please note: A transfer fee applies.

Donations

Q: I can’t participate — can I still donate?
Absolutely! Your support means the world. Donate to a participant by clicking their donate button. The amount you donate will count towards their individual and team fundraising goals.

You’ll receive two emails from RaceRoster: a tax receipt and a confirmation of your donation.

Race Kit Pickup

Q: Can I pick up my kit on race day?
Yes — but early pickup is highly recommended

Race Day Pickup: Available starting at 8:00 AM at Lake Ontario Park Pavilion.
Note: Arrive early, as volunteer numbers will be limited.

Parking Info & Course

Q: Can I bring my dog or use a stroller?

For the safety of all participants, dogs and strollers are not permitted on the 5K or 10K courses. They are welcome on the 2K event. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide a safe and enjoyable race experience for everyone.

Q: Where can I park on race day?

Free street parking is available nearby.
Paid parking is available at St. Lawrence College and Providence Care Hospital (a short walk from Lake Ontario Park).
